First Person Guided Meditations

“I Meditations” first person meditations came as an inspiration to Lori Lipten and Teri Williams independently. As professional colleagues, they were then moved to collaborate in creating a series of guided meditations to support others in thriving throughout all areas of life. Teri and Lori have each been using these practices personally and professionally; and have taught them to others for years.

Each I Meditation series leads you through a simple and easy-to-follow meditation combining first-person language, hypno-therapeutic tonality, and music technology to bring you into a deep state of calm and exponentially enhance your results. The first-person language of I Meditations engages both the subconscious and the higher consciousness (or we could say the “I Am presence”) into the creative process to support emotional healing, conscious manifesting and spiritual awakening.

With an I Meditation Project series, instead of hearing “you are now…” you will hear “I am now”. The use of the “I am” message creates a signal in the brain that the action is already existing within you and engages psychological and spiritual resources to support positive change.

Composer Frederick Russ, has added original compositions and proven sound-technology to significantly augment the meditative experience.
