Soul Practices Journey circles are a wonderful form of meditation where we connect with benevolent spirit helpers, gain insight and heal. The drum is the bonus - representing the heartbeat of the universe.

During this circle we will talk about the solstice, the elements of fire and water and the opportunity the journey into "darkness" provides us for tuning into our inner fire, nurturing our soul self "waters" flow. The journey is one of my favorite forms of meditation!

My intention with this circle is to create an environment that honors all life and all paths, sharing what works for me, in the hopes that a deep sense of community will expand.
I have also created a Facebook Group page for all who are interested in community and Soul inspired events. On the page I have posted videos, links and information about both the shamanic journey, plant based living and more. You don't have to be a shamanic practitioner to join you simply need to be open, with reverence and respect for all life.
We will begin each circle with a brief introduction, intention insights, then move into the journey's, share, and celebrate life!
This is a LIVE/in person event. Cost is $20. You will receive the ZOOM link at time of registration. A recording will be sent to all of those who register.
