You are not alone! We are at a time in our lives where the outside world seems disheveled, maybe even chaotic. Women in particular, seem to be struggling to find their voice, to be seen and heard. Through the practice of the journey and ritual we can find inner connection, strength and direction, connecting with benevolent souls, who ONLY want us to thrive and survive. I call them my "Cosmic Council". Everyone has the ability to connect in with these benevolent helpers!

For years my clients and colleagues asked me to create a mentorship program. As someone who believes in the practice of journey meditation and that YOUR journeys are your own vehicle for guidance and wisdom, for connection and rejuvenation, creating a circle where you deepen your journey practice and invite in the idea of rituals that honor your sacredness made more sense to me - letting your own guides mentor along with my earth guidance!

Women's gatherings have been around since the dawn of time. Our ancestors knew that the support among our female friends was essential to a harmonious existence.

Soul Practices ONLINE Women's Journey Circles are sacred gatherings for women where we cultivate a deeper relationship with our selves our souls, while building a community of safety and trust with women from all over the world and all walks of life who are seeking stronger bonds and energetic support. In this space our soul is welcomed with open arms, by loving, compassionate energy, as if it were coming home. ​

Journey with me monthly - connect with YOUR own Cosmic Council!
Each month we will meet for 60 to 90 minutes, practicing a journey and sharing a ritual based upon the energy of the elements, moon cycles and the seasonal cycles of nature, plus our own sacred selves as women. I will share with you teachings on journeying for soul retrieval/recovery, as well as simple ways you can clear the elements of YOU through the journey.

For those of you returning for another year with me, we will share all new journeys together!
During our time together there will be guest ritualists/journeyists to share their practices of impeccable soul care and how you may invite those practices into your own life! You will receive insight a few days before our scheduled gathering on what to bring to the circle, if anything is suggested.
I have been deeply enmeshed in energy healing therapies, meditation and shamanic medicine practices for many years, therefore I will incorporate the shamanic journeying as a form of meditation within each gathering. The journey is an ancient form of, what I think of, as engaged meditation, practiced in communities around the globe. ANYONE CAN PRACTICE THE JOURNEY!
Almost every culture includes some history of a "Shaman" - one who walks between worlds. The language may be different - the message is the same. It offers the journeyer a path for their own insight, a path for direct revelation - guidance, healing, support, energy, connection - insight for YOU and YOUR soul's evolution!

We need communities that offer inner and outer support in a kind, compassionate way, facilitated by those whose only mission is to honor you, supporting your soul's growth. That is this circle.

During the monthly gathering we will spend time in journey and share a ritual, one that we may choose to practice for the month.
