Each month we will meet for 60 to 90 minutes, practicing a journey and sharing a ritual based upon the energy of the elements, moon cycles and the seasonal cycles of nature, plus our own sacred selves as women. I will share with you teachings on journeying for soul retrieval/recovery,  as well as simple ways you can clear the elements of YOU through the journey.

This past year, I’ve deepened my own practice by studying African Divination and Ritual Arts Facilitation—both trainings have expanded and enriched the way I guide these sacred gatherings. What I’ve come to know even more deeply is this: when we invite the spirit realm, our cosmic helpers, our unseen allies into ritual, everything opens to new magic.

In this circle, we are all collaboraters - with each other and our spirit allies, our own Cosmic Councils. 

 

We begin in Autumn, preparing for the year ahead; darkness expands in the northern hemisphere, light expands in the Southern hemisphere. Some suggest that this is the time of year that the "veil" between worlds is lifted, making it easier to connect and collaborate with the dead.  I believe we have that ability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week no matter what time of year it is.

The flow mirrors the Wheel of the Year starting in October.

 

• January–March (Winter): Foundations, guides, fire for renewal.

• April–June (Spring): Awakening, vision, lunar and animal allies.

• July–September (Summer): Expansion, plant spirits, ancestors, and future vision.

• ​October–December (Autumn): Anchor, Harvest & Reflection

 

​Having spent many years immersed in energy healing therapies, meditation, and shamanic medicine, shamanic journeying is woven into each of our women’s gathering as a powerful form of meditation. This ancient practice—used by cultures across the globe—offers women a deeply intuitive way to reconnect with their inner wisdom, access healing, and strengthen their spiritual voice. Within our circle, the journey becomes a sacred space for reflection, empowerment, and soul remembrance. And ritual anchors our connection and collaboration with the unseen helpers, our own Cosmic Council, Holy Helpers and Spirit Allies!

Almost every culture includes some history of a "Shaman" - one who walks between worlds. The language may be different - the message is the same. It offers the journeyer a path for their own insight, a path for direct revelation - guidance, healing, support, energy, connection - insight for YOU and YOUR soul's evolution!

We need communities that offer inner and outer support in a kind, compassionate way, facilitated by those whose only mission is to honor you, supporting your soul's growth. That is this circle.
